Project Overview
A mobile application with a human-centered approach for DSB puts people needs, capabilities, and their behaviours first. Then designs are executed to accommodate those needs, capabilities, and ways of behaving.
The goal of this product was to create a best in class human-centered design approach for DSB delivering a personalised experience for each and every customer.
