To gain an insight of their day-to-day struggles in achieving a seamless real-time monitoring, we followed different methods of quantitative and qualitative research, which included surveys, data collection as well as interviews, focus group discussions and observations.
It helped us cover the major pain-points of both the operator companies and drivers. The operator companies required access to real-time monitoring, vehicle location, driving violation alert, etc. On the other hand, the drivers required a system to raise events to report vehicle issues/breakdown, digital log books, etc.
